1.1. This contract is an official proposal (offer) of the FOP Grivas Denis Valeriyovych, EDRPOU code 3269610819, Ternopil, Kyivska 1/115, +380 68 621 28 20, community@rebelpatterns.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), to enter into a contract for the purchase and sale of goods on the terms specified below.

2.1. Public offer - this offer of the Seller, addressed to an unspecified circle of people.

2.2. Acceptance - full and unconditional acceptance of the offer.

3.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods ordered on RebelPatterns.com.

4.1. The buyer independently chooses and places an order on the website.

4.2. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer in the way chosen at the time

placing an order.

5.1. The goods are delivered in the manner specified by the Buyer when placing the order.

5.2. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to him.

6.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods in accordance with the Buyer's order.

6.2. The buyer undertakes to pay and accept the goods under the terms of this contract.

7.1. The parties are responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of this contract in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.1. All disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved through

negotiations or in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

9.1. The parties are released from responsibility for non-fulfillment of obligations under the contract, if the non-fulfillment is the result of force majeure.

10.1. By ordering goods on the RebelPatterns.com website, the Buyer confirms his agreement with all clauses of this contract (public offer).
