Every order in Ukraine is sent by Nova Post to the address specified at checkout. Terms of formation of shipments — 2-3 working days. Free delivery from 2500 UAH in Ukraine. If you need to exchange or return a product, you need to send an email to community@rebelpatterns.com , indicating the reason for the exchange or return. The product must be in the same form as you received it. Used, damaged items will be sent back without refund of product cost or shipping.

Free shipping within the EU for orders over 40 euros.
Worldwide shipping for orders over $65.
Returns and exchanges for shipments outside of Ukraine are not possible.
International delivery time is from 10 working days.

Refunds:
The term of refund to the card is 7 working days from the next day after receiving the parcel with the return/exchange of the product and its inspection.
